We may also publish aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify any individual.
05 Analytics & Cookies
5.1 Cookieless Analytics on the Corporate Site
The Site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track Users across sites. Plausible processes only anonymized event data (page views, referrer, browser type, country) to produce aggregate usage statistics. No personal information is collected by Plausible from your visit to the Site.
5.2 Platform Cookies and Local Storage
The Platform uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for:
- Authentication. Keeping you signed in to your Account.
- Session management. Maintaining state during your session.
- Security. Detecting unauthorized access and unusual activity.
- Preferences. Remembering your settings and interface preferences.
- Anti-fraud and anti-cheat. Identifying patterns indicative of fraud or competitive integrity violations.
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies, but doing so may disable features of the Platform.
06 Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive data, access controls, secure-coding practices, regular reviews, and incident-response procedures.
No system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hardware or software failure, or other factors will not compromise the security of your information. You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access at security@nexttalentinc.com.
07 Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your Account is active and for a period thereafter as necessary to: (a) provide services you have requested; (b) comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations (including financial-records retention and AML recordkeeping, typically five to seven years); (c) resolve disputes; (d) enforce our agreements and policies; and (e) protect our legal interests.
Where information is no longer needed and not subject to a retention obligation, we delete or de-identify it.
08 Children's Privacy
The Site and the Platform are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not use the Site or the Platform and do not provide any personal information to us.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verified parental consent (where applicable), we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a person under 18, contact us at privacy@nexttalentinc.com.
09 International Users
Next Talent is headquartered in the United States, and our servers and most of our service providers are located in the United States and in other jurisdictions worldwide. If you access the Site or the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country.
By using the Site or the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and to such other jurisdictions as may be necessary to provide the services. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.
10 Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction. Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion. Request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations (including AML and financial-records retention).
- Portability. Request a copy of certain information in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Restriction or objection. Request that we restrict or object to certain processing of your information.
- Withdraw consent. Where processing is based on consent, withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing.
- Complain. Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@nexttalentinc.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
11 California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA") give you specific rights regarding your personal information.
11.1 Categories of Information We Collect
In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 of this Policy. We collect this information for the purposes described in Section 3 and share it for the purposes described in Section 4.
11.2 Sale and Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
11.3 California Rights
California residents have the right to: (a) know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected; (b) request deletion of personal information; (c) request correction of inaccurate information; (d) opt out of sale or sharing (although we do not engage in either); (e) limit the use of sensitive personal information; and (f) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise California rights, contact us at privacy@nexttalentinc.com. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
12 Do Not Track
The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no universally accepted standard for interpreting them. The Site uses cookieless analytics (Plausible) that does not track Users across sites in any case.
13 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Platform interface, by email to the address associated with your Account, or by other reasonable means, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Site or the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
